Welcome to Sofronic. By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern the relationship between Sofronic ("Company", "We", "Us") and the Client regarding AI-powered lead generation automation services.
Please read these Terms carefully before engaging our services. If you do not agree, do not proceed with onboarding.
2Services Provided
Sofronic provides AI-powered lead generation automation services including but not limited to:
- Lead capture and validation
- AI-based lead scoring and qualification
- Multi-channel outreach automation
- Engagement tracking and reporting
- CRM data enrichment
- Pipeline design and management
Services are delivered in tiered packages as agreed. Specific deliverables are outlined in the Service Agreement signed by both parties.
4Risk Disclaimer
CRITICAL DISCLOSUREBy engaging Sofronic's services, the Client acknowledges and accepts the following risks associated with automation on third-party platforms.
4.1 Outreach Platform Risks
- • Meta (WhatsApp) actively detects and restricts automated activity including account bans.
- • Email deliverability may be affected by blacklists or spam folder classification.
- • Third-party platforms may change algorithms or API access without prior notice.
4.2 Compliance & Results
- • Clients are responsible for anti-spam compliance in their specific jurisdiction.
- • Past performance does not guarantee future results or specific conversion rates.
- • Sofronic is not liable for account suspensions imposed by third-party platforms.
Operational Mitigation
We minimize these risks by using warm-up protocols, dedicated infrastructure (not Client's primary accounts where possible), and operating within conservative platform limits.
5Client Responsibilities
✓ Provide accurate ICP, targeting, and approved messaging.
✓ Ensure local anti-spam law compliance (GDPR, PDPA, etc.).
✓ Review and approve campaign content before launch.
✓ Provide dedicated accounts/numbers as required by tier.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sofronic's total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or business interruptions caused by platform policy changes or account bans.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes follow a progression of negotiation, mediation, and then Singapore courts.
